Salt & Ice Melt Application

Every winter sees slip and fall accidents, keeping your walkways, and commercial parking lots clear of this hazard helps keep visitors to your home or commercial property safe and you free of liability. We use a combination of Ice Melt, which has a melting point of -25 degrees Fahrenheit and rock salt which is best for over 25 degree Fahrenheit. Rock salt will provide for better traction than ice melt, so it is best for parking lots.  We will always use what is best for each condition.
